All programs ebooks consultations and courses offered by Lawfully Finance are digital in nature Once access is granted or materials are delivered the product is considered fully consumed and cannot be returned refunded or exchanged

4 No Refund Policy for Digital Programs

All purchases made on the Lawfully Finance website are final Since these are educational and digital services refunds are not applicable once payment is confirmed and course access or consultation is provided By enrolling or purchasing any product you acknowledge and agree that

1 Refunds will not be issued after access to the program ebook or consultation is granted

2 Refunds will not be issued for user dissatisfaction misunderstanding of content or change of mind

3 Refunds will not be issued for technical issues arising from the user’s internet device or login credentials

5 Exceptions under Consumer Protection Act India

Lawfully Finance may issue a partial or full refund only if

1 A duplicate payment was made by mistake due to a payment gateway error verified by both parties

2 The course or consultation was not delivered or accessible due to a verified technical fault on our side and remains unresolved for more than seven working days

Such refunds if approved will be processed to the same payment method within ten to fifteen working days

6 Cancellation Policy

All programs courses ebooks and consultations are non cancellable once purchased Users are requested to carefully review all program details before enrolling The onboarding consultation call of Rs 299 is also non cancellable after booking and payment confirmation

7 Replacement and Transfer

Programs or services cannot be transferred or replaced with any other course ebook or consultation under any circumstance

8 Responsibility of Users

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information during purchase including name contact number and email address Lawfully Finance is not liable for any access issues caused by incorrect details entered during registration

9 Fraudulent or Chargeback Claims

Any refund request made through payment disputes or chargebacks after program access will be treated as fraud Lawfully Finance reserves the right to deny future access terminate accounts and take appropriate legal action against such users

10 Support for Technical Issues

If you face login or access issues please contact our support team within seven days of purchase for resolution We will make every effort to restore your access without affecting your enrollment status

11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
